Changing an Order

Please contact our support team and they will do their best to assist you. Please note that we will make order changes to your physical order form and they will not be reflected on your order manifest.

 

Cancelling an Order

To cancel your order, send submit a ticket or email us at support@battlebeavercustoms.com. A refund will be issued via the original payment method within just a few business days after the cancellation has been processed. 

Please note that for smaller items or Quick Pick controllers, it is possible that they may be fulfilled sooner than we are able to respond to to your cancellation request. 

*Beaver Boost is a Non-Refundable service. Orders that have Beaver Boost will have the Boost cost withheld from your refund, with some exceptions. You can contact our Customer Support team for more information.

*If your Custom Controller order has not started the production process, a full refund will be issued. 

*If your Custom Controller order or Quick Pick Controller has already entered production, a 15% restocking fee for cancelling your order will be deducted from your refund. This restocking fee has been introduced as a result of inventory constraints as we enter a new generation of gaming, thank you for your understanding.
