My tracking hasn't been updated, what do I do?

Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to update after shipment. Once we have shipped a package it is up to the selected shipping carrier to ensure its delivery. As much as we would like it if they kept up with the package along its journey, sometimes they forget to scan it when it is transferred between facilities. 

If your package is being sent overseas, please be aware that after it has departed the United States the tracking will not update until the package is received by the destination country's Customs department. 

For certain USPS orders, sometimes tracking may not update until your package is already in transit.
