Yes, we do ship to all countries that USPS, FedEx, and UPS ship to. Shipping times vary by what shipping you select during checkout. As of January 2019, we will be valuing all packages at the chosen shipping carriers minimum insurance amount. This decision was made as a result of issues experienced during 2018 and is intended to further protect our international customers from shipping incidents moving forward.
First Class mail does not offer any insurance and we as a business are unable to file a claim if the package goes missing. Many shipping companies do not care about this shipping service and 85% of our missing international packages have resulted in disappointment because of the lack of options we have when a customer chooses this shipping service. If a package is lost or not delivered when First Class shipping is chosen, we will not be able to offer any sort of refund or replacement.
