**Custom Controllers*** 

We offer a 30-day money back return in which the buyer pays return shipping. Specialty items such as pre-installed controller grip, Custom Uploaded Home buttons, Rear shells with custom button placement, and other non-resalable modifications/repairs will not be refunded.

Upon approval of Warranty Repairs or Return requests, products must be shipped to Battle Beaver no later than 7 days after the request is approved unless otherwise noted.

*A 15% restocking fee for returning the items of your order may be deducted from your refund once processed. This restocking fee has been introduced as a result of inventory constraints as we enter a new generation of gaming, thank you for your understanding.

Non-refundable services include but are not limited to:

  • Expedited build speed (Beaver Boost)
  • Personalization items (i.e engraving, case tags)
  • OrderProtection services
  • Repair and Upgrade services
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded (including RTS costs).

If your controller has been Returned-To-Sender your refund will not include the return shipping costs incurred. If a significant amount of time has passed since the initial payment of your order, we may only be able to refund your order with store credit.
