We offer a 30-day money back return in which the buyer pays return shipping. Non-refundable costs include, but are not limited to: installed controller grips, custom home buttons, custom button placement, shipping costs, and Beaver Boost upgrade.

Upon approval of Warranty Repairs or Return requests, products must be shipped to Battle Beaver no later than 7 days after the request is approved unless otherwise noted.

*A 15% restocking fee for returning the items of your order may be deducted from your refund once processed. This restocking fee has been introduced as a result of inventory constraints as we enter a new generation of gaming, thank you for your understanding.


If your controller has been Returned-To-Sender or if a significant amount of time has passed since the initial payment, we may only be able to refund your order with store credit.
