What is the Battle Beaver Promise?

We firmly stand beside our products as the best in the industry, however we understand that certain modifications we offer have a certain life span. Outside of the Standard 90 day warranty that comes with your controller, we believe this shouldn't limit your gaming potential, so we will fix any rear button or smart modification throughout the life of the controller for the original owner at minimal charge. 

For Limited 1 Year Warranty holders, we will process any qualifying repairs to the best of our abilities, and change or upgrade components as necessary to allow a complete and comprehensive recertification.

Shipping and handling charges will apply, if controller damage is extensive or a result from user frustration, rage, or sudden acceleration towards the floor/wall, additional charges will be applied. 

As new consoles are released, we unfortunately will not longer be able to support older generations of controllers such as the original Xbox One controllers, or the original DualShock 4 controllers.
