You'll now be able to track your submitted support tickets in one easy place!
Getting Started
With our new Help Center, you will need to make a Help Center account.
Returning Customers:
- Click the "Sign In" button at the top right of the webpage.
- At the bottom of the pop-up, please click "Get a password" to link your Battle Beaver store account.
- In the "Email" field, please type in the email address associated with your store account. This is the email address that you receive order confirmation emails and shipping notifications.
- Navigate to your email inbox and use the link received to set up the password for your new Help Center account.
New Customers:
- Click the "Sign In" button at the top right of the webpage.
- Beneath the Sign In field, please click "Sign up" to begin creating your Help Center account.
- Enter your full name and email address in the fields and click "Sign up" to submit your information.
- Navigate to your email inbox and use the link received to set up the password for your new Help Center account.
